Basically all the employees are carefully selected after verification of their background and also after concerning of drug free / crime free carrier.) All employees under go proper training programing at our own training center before deploying them for the missions.

PROTEK ensures to maintain better standard in behavior / discipline, moral courage, leadership, challengeable and confidence of our employees. Also PROTEK conducts usual refreshment courses to different level every six months or one year. PROTEK always maintain standard qualifications of employees as below:
