Basically all the employees are been carefully selected
after verification of their background and
also after concerning of drug free / crime free carrier. All
employees under go proper training
programing our own training center before deploy them for
the missions. PROTEK and ensures to maintain better standard
in well behavior / discipline, moral courage, leadership,
challengeable and confidence of our employees. Also PROTEK
conducts usual refreshment courses to different level in
every six months or one year. PROTEK always maintain
standard qualifications of employees as below:

Training
PROTEK is always conducting different levels of training
program for different level offices and personal at our own
training center. PROTEK completes with well knowledge
instructor to conduct the training courses. Every employee
must follow basic academic course and refreshments courses
in order too. Basically PROTEK covers several subject to
improve it employee's standard as follows.

k) Aviation Security Training (For those who are selected
to be part of aviation team)
l) Special Graduate Course (For Team Leaders and those
who are already on the field)
